What Do You Mean by “Kingdom Leadership”?

“When I use the term Kingdom leadership, I’m referring to leadership that is rooted in biblical principles and aligned with God’s purpose—not just within churches, but in all areas of life, including business, education, and community leadership. Kingdom leadership is about serving with excellence, leading with wisdom, and creating lasting impact that reflects God’s truth. It’s about building, restoring, and discipling in a way that advances God’s mission in the world.”
