Cultural Readiness for Outreach, Service, and Sensitivity

About the C.R.O.S.S. Program

Transforming and equipping hearts, minds, and hands for cross-cultural ministry.

The C.R.O.S.S. Program is a specialized training initiative designed to equip missionaries, Christian leaders, and faith-based organizations with the cultural competency, biblical knowledge, and practical tools needed to serve effectively across diverse cultural contexts.

Many well-intentioned missions fail due to cultural misunderstandings, ineffective Gospel contextualization, and relational challenges. The C.R.O.S.S. Program closes this gap by providing biblical, practical, and culturally sensitive training to prepare missionaries and leaders for success in global ministry.

đź“– Missionaries with cultural training have 2x higher success rates in integration and impact.
